I didn’t set any goal. I just started the blog out of mypassion for it. linda ikeji made it my hobby. You know, whilegrowing up, I wanted to be a journalist, but I wasn’tsuccessful. I see blogging as a close substitute forjournalism, which was my dream job. I just lovemeeting people, reading their stories, interviewsand the rest. Inever thought that I will be making millions fromblogging, but I thank God that what I enjoy doing isnow making millions for me.What should someone do to be a successfulblogger?You have to love blogging. You can’t say I want toblog because I want to make money. It takes astepping stone to get there. There are over athousand blogs like I said, but what will makepeople enjoy visiting your blog depends on theefforts you put into it. So, be passionate about it, beconsistent, don’t blog once or twice in a week, blogeveryday if you can, enjoy it, and love it. Don’t beanonymous when it comes to blogging. People findit easy to relate more to people they know. Forexample, if you are Amebo.com, people do notknow who is behind it, so their response will not befelt. If you use your name, it commands credibilityand acceptance. Like I use my name, I use mypictures, I talk about my intimate secrets at timesand it has really helped me to a very large extent.People wish to have my numbers, BB pin andeveryone wants to be my friend. So, find what youcan do easily and you enjoy doing. That was what Idid for the first four years that I started the blogbefore I began to make money.It’s God. You see, when God is ready for you, it isyour turn. I have hustled for many years now, Idon’t hustle any more. I have worked very, veryhard and remain persistent in what I do. From beinga model until I found my way into blogging. It hasbeen the combination of God’s favour and hardwork.I am number 26 in Nigeria as a whole.
